Attempts to truly understand the viewers requirements
Sam tries to get int to the mindset and requirements of the prospective purchaser and to really understand what they are looking for. He is excellent at building a rapport with the prospective purchaser and asks the right questions to really get into the nuts and bots of their requirements and cuts through the chat to their issues and assessments of properties. He gives the prospective purchaser time to really look at a property without talking too much. He is punctual which is particularly good when one has other houses to see. He is informative and honest about Alresford and he knows his way around the town's organisations. He is polite and patent. And I am sure he is going to find the right house for me very soon!

Very accomodating
We were very grateful to Sam as he was able to fit around our busy work schedules, even meeting us at 7.30 am on a saturday ( not in his pijamas mind). He allowed us the opportunity to view properties without the sales talk which gave us the chance to really see the true picture and we appreciated his knowledge about the local area.

Fab job!
We switched to Charters to sell our house when another agent had failed to secure many viewings. Sam understood our requirements and quickly arranged more viewings in one week than we had seen in the past 3 months! We have had interaction with a number of the Charters team, including Gary, Sarah and Vicki. All have been very professional, friendly and helpful We sold to a cash buyer, and Sam remained involved throughout to ensure the entire transaction went smoothly. Its not often that I recommend people, but I would recommend Charters and Sam without reservation.

Matt heads a knowledgeable and helpful team
The Alresford office of Charters headed by Matt Clark have proved to be extremely hardworking, helpful and knowledgeable and I would have no hesitation recommending them. In our case Matt's individual attention and intimate knowledge of all that was going on with our transaction was impressive indeed.

Enthusiastic about Alresford
Sam worked tirelessly over several months to arrange a wide variety of viewings so that I could get to know the area and focus on what I was looking for. He paired me up with Annie for viewings who quickly got a feel for my preferences and was very open, honest and full of good ideas and made the whole viewing process a pleasure. Thank you!

Selling of family flat in Alresford
We found the whole Charters team professional and friendly from the moment I walked through the door. Gary dealt with the sale of our property. He was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in guiding us throughout, always keeping us up to,date with both emails and phone calls. Also,was always available to answer any questions.
