Clear understanding of our requirements
We knew exactly what sort of property we were looking for in Alresford and Sam understood exactly what our needs were. We felt totally confident that if the right property came up then we could rely on Sam to let us know. We are now happily living in Alresford in our perfect house - thanks Sam!

Support in identifying our new house purchase
Sam iwas a pleasure to work with on our property search. Professional, helpful, and fully understood and took on board our requirements resulting in a short list of properties that fully met our requirements. Excellent as a sounding board, Sam acts with honesty and integrity - a quality we have not often come across with other estate agents. Sam was very helpful

Great experience - thanks Matt!
Working with Matt to find and buy our family home was a great experience! Matt and the team were fun to work with; friendly, professional and a great help in finding our home, navigating the process and helping agree our purchase. Matt was instrumental in helping save the deal when we faced some challenges in the final stages of negotiation with the upward chain. Thanks Matt!

VERY PERSISTENT AND DELIVERED
Matthew was instrumental in getting the sale of our property. We had a number of interested parties which pulled out for various reasons but Matthew doggedly stuck to the task and got us our buyer. He went the extra mile in organising viewings and saw the sale thru to the end. We will without doubt use him again. Very pleased with him and Charters also.
