I would recommend Sam to anyone looking for a property
We used Sam in our search for a property. He was excellent. He was pro active, helpful, honest, has a very sound knowledge of the area, and is a genuinely nice guy to deal with.

Superb, personal, professional
My wife and I met Nick for the first time completely naive to what we were doing, but thanks to his kind nature ( and patience ) he explained everything clearly on a personal level breaking everything down and leaving no stone unturned, so from muddy waters we left with clear. His response to phone calls and emails are second to none, and thankfully, for us especially, he was only to happy to repeat himself if there was something we was not to sure about. We could not be more happy with our time spent with Nick as not only did he get us the exact deal we wanted on our morgage we also gained a friend.

Couldn't have been better
Vicky showed us around a house and was exemplary in her manner and knowledge. She gave us all the important information and allowed us to make a decision in our own time. I will continue to recommend Vicky and Charters

Never wasted time and a pleasure to meet.
Sam was thoughtful and honest in our house hunting process. He carefully considered the properties to show us and was extremely informative on the local area. His knowledge and understanding was of great help in our process to find a new home. It was a delight to deal with Sam in this stressful process.

Personality Plus

Efficient, honest, excellent communicator!!
Serena was most helpful from the start and I felt was always honest about what was going on with other potential tenants so I could gage the situation and make a decision. Moving from another part of the country is challenging but Charters have a very efficient and effective paperwork trail so I found the whole process very smooth. Thanks for making it so easy Serena!!

Helpful, genuine and professional!
Serena couldn't have been more helpful from the start of the process! Warm, smiling and so genuine it was such a pleasure to have her look after us!
