Having let my property through Charters for a number of years I used them recently to market the property for sale and wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending them to prospective sellers, buyers, landlords or tenants. Losing the first buyer after three weeks was disappointing but Matt worked hard to achieve a new sale which we did within four days. Matt has always been available to take my calls and has chased the sale through to completion which has been greatly appreciated. In the age of online only estate agents I would still say the traditional high street agent has much more to offer and you won't be disappointed if you choose Charters.

I have been looking for a property for a little while now, Lee from Charters Alresford is the ONLY agent who phones on a regular basis, he doesn't wait for properties to hit Rightmove and the internet, he is proactive and phones out the details he believes will be of interest to us. I feel he genuinely cares that he gets us the right property. He asks the right questions and whatever finishing school he graduated from would be proud of his skills and politeness! I am just waiting for a Lee to find us our property!

Proactive and personal

Lee has been assisting me with finding a new home and I would have no hesitation at all in recommending him. He is proactive in his approach and really took the time to understand what I was looking for and presented appropriate properties. He also presented properties based on feedback from my viewings that perhaps I wouldn’t have previously considered but I trusted his judgement and the properties viewed were very much of interest.
