The efficiency and level of service is 1st class and includes things like getting reminders for things which I sometimes forget, and getting help with any queries I have. Pretty awful agency, happy to take your money, but weak with tenants, disorganised with services, misleading contracts, takes ages to get anything done. Many excellent other agents in the area, wouldnt recommend this company for tenants or especially landlord
