From start to finish, Martin and Co were flawless and efficient with how they handled the let and the time frame in which it was executed. My friend recently became a council tenant owing to his disability and quite honestly most letting agents we approached just shut him down. Jacob showed him his property of interest without any hesitation. He contacted him afterwards, as he said he would, and when the offer was accepted by the landlord- he kept him updated at all times throughout. There was a bit of a kerfuffle with misinformation from the council which involved Richard dealing with part of the let and he too just effortlessly got this over the line. At times we also spoke with Muhammad at the office and everyone throughout the process was polite and helpful. They truly provided a caring and efficient service.
