Sam Loader has been extremely helpful at the start of my tenancy. He has responded swiftly to my queries - even answering emails outside normal office hours. When I had a problem with my door he immediately arranged for a contractor to call and kept in touch to check up on progress. It has been reassuring to know I have such a reliable agent when required
