Michael Anthony were really good through the purchase of my house through them. Very responsive and kept up to date, and friendly at all times. Stephen, Andy and Chris were the agents I dealt with.

Initially I felt there was a lack of communication, but I discussed my concerns with Chris Payne who listened and took them very much on board. Stephen Swindlehurst is also knowledgeable regarding the conveyancing process. Between them they managed both my sale and purchase in a professional and courteous manner.

Rebecca called me up the morning a property came available. We got a viewing in less then 16 hours. We secured and made an offer in less then 24hours. Rebecca was brilliant at talking us though the property and what the next steps involve. Still to this day Rebecca is always brilliant at responding.

Overall really good, the only negative i have wasthe lack of up to date communication

Excellent staff

The lettings staff in Abingdon went above and beyond their usual duties, as I'm a landlord who manages my flat, but whilst I was away they stepped in to help with a couple of issues before my new tenant moved in.

Very professional and friendly team. Completely understood my situation, working from home. Good communication throughout. Was not often I had to chase them for feed back. Would certainly recommend them or use them again in the future.
