I cannot recommend Emily (Letting Manager) highly enough. Finding an experienced (and genuinely knowledgeable) letting agency is far from easy, particularly in a saturated industry. From a personal point of view, Emily is transparent and represents Breckon & Breckon to the highest standards. She is diligent, well versed in the letting market and is far more proactive than many agents I have dealt with previous. What’s more, my neighbour had gone to market for £125 cheaper for an identical property with another agency, however Emily picked up the phone (on her day off to inform me) so achieving the initial rate felt an overwhelming challenge. Fortunately, Emily’s willingness to find a tenant came to fruition and today my property has been filled for two years (and for less than competing agents within the surrounding area!).

Couldn’t recommend the Michael Anthony team at Hemel enough! Our house had failed to sell with another estate agent for 12 weeks and the viewing quality was very poor (judging from the feedback we were given). However, within a couple of days of going live with Michael Anthony we had some great viewings from genuinely interested buyers. After less than two weeks we’d sold!
