I cannot recommend Emily (Letting Manager) highly enough. Finding an experienced (and genuinely knowledgeable) letting agency is far from easy, particularly in a saturated industry. From a personal point of view, Emily is transparent and represents Breckon & Breckon to the highest standards. She is diligent, well versed in the letting market and is far more proactive than many agents I have dealt with previous. What’s more, my neighbour had gone to market for £125 cheaper for an identical property with another agency, however Emily picked up the phone (on her day off to inform me) so achieving the initial rate felt an overwhelming challenge.
