Kathryn could not have done more when helping us find our rental property. Kind Courteous super professional we were delighte with her services and Breckon and Breckon as Agents. If I were a Landlord I would one hundred percent choose this agent. Yes we had a few snags but these were dealt with immediatley. I cannot recommend Kathryn and her team highly enough.

Andrew and the team were positive, upbeat and effective. There were ALWAYS available and all emails were answered VERY quickly - even late at night or early in the morning! We were given good advice and help was always at hand. Throughout the process you feel as though your property sale is important and individual. Breckon, Abingdon, were the agent we were buying from, not our own agent, but Andrew Topping was excellent from start to finish, offering great support to us as well as his client. With a very tight and specific timeframe required to meet his clients requirements, he assisted in orchestrating the process and we moved on time, at the agreed date without any fuss. Laura who showed us around the property was similarly very personable and made us feel at ease, allowing us to view the property in a leisurely way. I would have no hesitation in recommending Breckon, Abingdon, as an estate agent.
