We worked with a handful of estate agents while looking for our new rental property around Abergavenny, and Parrys was the most professional and super friendly at all times. When I called their office, it was usually Ethan I spoke with and he is a delight, with his friendly manner and willingness to assist. Parrys were also the only estate agent we worked with that took the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) seriously, and so they should. To apply for a property means sharing all sorts of super personal data with an agent, and in the wrong hands, identify theft can easily take place. One estate agent required me to send all my personal details to them by email - bank statements, and photocopies of ID included. Shocking! Whereas Parrys utilise the secure system created by RightMove, providing safeguards protecting clients sensitive information from getting into the wrong hands. Choose wisely next time you are looking to rent/buy/sell a property. Identity theft is not something you ever want to deal with. GDPR is the law and all estate agents need to pay attention, or pay huge fines as a consequence.

Parry’s made the sale of our property go smoothly. They gave us a realistic selling price and managed our expectations. The photographer who came round was a top bloke, whose photos and video made our house come alive for any potential buyers. We dealt predominantly with Gemma who was fantastic. Easy to get hold of and returned our calls the same day. When we had any worries she was on hand to resolve them. All of the staff at Parrys were friendly and approachable. Parry's Estate agents did a really excellent job, in particular Melanie and Clare must be mentioned-the communication was always excellent , informative and professional yet friendly. We were kept up to date with our cottage purchase as the sale was nudged along by Melanie’s superb communication between vendor, solicitors and us as buyers. Even trivial queries were answered courteously . Parry’s are to be highly recommended and deserve a huge thank you.

I have to say that Parrys Abergavenny is a great team. They made the experience of selling my property a very pleasant one. All of them are extremely helpful courteous and very professional. Since I am living abroad they take that into account and went out of the way to help me. Gemma has very kindly went to the house to check the walls and did some minor repair, checked the temperature at my request, read the final meter for me and sent it to me. I am very grateful for her kindness shown to me. Every time I emailed or phoned I always got very prompt reply. Nothing is too much for them. I can only say all good things about the firm and recommend them to anyone who is planning to sell their house

Absolutely outstanding service. We knew Gemma was the person for us when we first met her (and we met with a few estate agents) and she didn't disappoint. Gemma sold our house the first time within 2 weeks and when that sale unfortunately fell through do to a chain on the buyers side, Gemma sold the house again with in two weeks! Her professionalism, proactiveness and above all her personal approach has been invaluable to us... and we love the added benefit of having a brochure and video of our property that we can keep forever as memories, as it was our first home together as an engaged and then married couple.
