I had the pleasure of staying with Northwood Aberdeen for a little over 4 years as a private tenant, and I must say I am extremely pleased with their outstanding service. Right from the start, they conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism. From the initial property viewings, through the application process, providing me with all the necessary information and documents, to the securing of my deposit, everything was handled efficiently and transparently. When it was time for me to leave the property, they promptly provided me with all the required information, and any additional questions I had were addressed swiftly. Throughout my tenancy, any issues with the flat were attended to promptly and with great care. For example, when my kitchen water heater malfunctioned, it was replaced immediately after I reached out to the letting agency. In addition, I have always appreciated how discreet and respectful the flat inspections were conducted. I would also like to extend a big thank you to Scott Morrison, the Branch Manager, who has been incredibly helpful and accessible whenever I needed assistance or had questions. Scott's level of professionalism is truly exceptional, and his communication was outstanding ??? he always got back to me with proper responses. Unfortunately, I had to switch to a different letting agency because Northwood Aberdeen did not have a property available in the specific area of Aberdeen I was interested in. However, if the opportunity arises, I would be more than happy to switch back to them. In summary, I highly recommend Northwood Aberdeen. Throughout my stay, I always felt safe and stress-free, knowing that I could reach out to Scott at any time, and my concerns would be addressed promptly. Having dealt with less responsive agents in the past, working with Northwood Aberdeen was truly a breath of fresh air, and I can't thank them enough for their excellent service.
