I moved into my flat in August 2019 from the south of England and felt very supported by Martin and Co. When I arrived to the city I visited their offices (ahh pre-COVID days!) and spoke to Adam who had been very responsive in emails. Collecting keys and signing the paperwork was very straight forward and they even gave me a bottle of wine! When I moved in there were a few issues and points to add to the inventory but that was handled very quickly. I had no problems with the property or the agency they have been nothing but helpful. I gave notice to move out in August 2020 due to personal circumstances and again this was handled very well and I was given all the checkout information I would need. I can say that I am sad to leave Martin & Co because it can be very difficult to find a good letting agency particularly if you are in your mid-20s and have recently finished education but I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I've been with Martin & Co for almost 4 years. Words can’t describe my appreciation to this agency in general and specifically to Maxine and Calum for their outstanding help. They always reply very quickly. Any issues with the flat often take less than 24 hours to be seen or solved. They solve any issues that may rise very quickly. I am impressed by the way how they keep in touch with both landlords and tenants. I highly recommend this agency to anyone who wants great service.

Signing a tenancy through Martin and Co was a very enjoyable experience. Stephen was polite and professional, and got the whole process through in rapid time. There were no problems when dealing with them, being accommodating and easy to contact. By far the best letting agent I have dealt with since living in Aberdeen and I would recommend their services.

What an amazing experience dealing with Stephen from Martin & Co Aberdeen. Stephen was exceptionally friendly and professional during the tenant find. Although he had only recently taken over managing our property, his attention to detail and willingness to find the ideal tenant is what makes him a gem. Communication with Stephen was top notch and I'm exceptionally pleased with his performance.
