I couldn’t fault a single part of the service I have received from Martin & Co. More specifically Stephen Barr - we were booked in to view a property and he was so welcoming, provided all the information off the top of his head and answered every question however the property didn’t fully meet our needs. We told him that we were almost at wits end of trying to find a property after viewing so so so many and after discussing exactly our requirements he mentioned there might be a different property that would suit our needs better which we hadn’t seen yet. It was 4:30pm and he offered without prompt to go back to the office and get the keys and meet us at the other property, no doubt making his day even longer than initially expected yet he did this without complaint.
