I couldn’t fault a single part of the service I have received from Martin & Co. More specifically Stephen Barr - we were booked in to view a property and he was so welcoming, provided all the information off the top of his head and answered every question however the property didn’t fully meet our needs. We told him that we were almost at wits end of trying to find a property after viewing so so so many and after discussing exactly our requirements he mentioned there might be a different property that would suit our needs better which we hadn’t seen yet. It was 4:30pm and he offered without prompt to go back to the office and get the keys and meet us at the other property, no doubt making his day even longer than initially expected yet he did this without complaint. We are now due to pick up the keys to this property on Monday and we believe it ticks all of our boxes! We might not have seen this or be in this position if it wasn’t for Stephen’s help and we couldn’t be more thankful to him.
