Searching for a home as a first time buyer has been incredibly stressful. My experiences with various estate agents has not always been encouraging. On two previous occasions I had also been in touch with two other EweMove branches for different properties and I did not have a good experience either. On seeing a property in Dartford recently, I reluctantly contacted the EweMove Bexleyheath office to arrange a viewing. Lema got back to me and I was able to book a viewing. Edd wasn't even the agent for the sale of the property I was purchasing, but an agent above mine in the chain. My agent made no effort, had no input throughout and were very difficult to contact. After a prolonged period of delays in the sale, Edd stepped in and went above and beyond to assist the sale. Great communication throughout and ultimately coordinated action throughout the chain to get everything done in a more timely manner. A professional service from EweMove and Edd.
