Difficult sale, good agent

For my recent flat sale I chanced upon a difficult buyer. New stumbling blocks kept appearing. The CityWest Residential agent, Jurgita Barinova, was very tenacious in her work to make the sale come through. She was very persistent and was always available to contact. Whenever necessary, Jurgita was very helpful in dealing with both solicitors to push things forward. Val M

Excellent buying experiance

As an investor I deal with a lot of agents and have had many different types of experiences. I have to say that Alana Noonan was one of the best. Before I found the flat I wanted to buy I was offered properties that actually suited my requirements (rather than the usual trick of sending me every listing under the sun). Alana was clear, concise and efficient from the start of the process to the end. Our seller was fairly slow in getting paperwork issued however I was always updated and knew they were working to get the deal done. I should also mention Alastair Murray who assisted me with the purchase. Between the two of them, messages were replied to quickly and the process was not nearly as painful as it could have been. Cant recommend them enough and wish them all the success which they deserve.

Great pro-active agency

I had a flat in Victoria that just wouldn't sell, and City West managed to get it under offer very quickly. Because of the link to Westminster Council They know the area better than anyone else and have contacts that the other agents just don't seem to have. Charlotte was helpful and very professional.

Perfect service, awesome branch!

I had a very quick and excellent service, just one week to get the flat, very detailed inventory and cleaning! My agent was Diego very quick, gentle and professional! Super recommended :)
