Simply the most efficient

I contacted Diego Bottigliero for the first time on the 2nd of August for one of the properties he was proposing. The property was not available anymore, but Diego took the time to understand what I was looking for exactly and told me he would get back to me with properties suiting my needs. On the 11th of August he called to tell me I could visit a property the following day. I went to the viewing, loved the property and told him I was interested. By the 16th all the paperwork was over and the moving date was fixed. Diego was always sympathetic, available and fast at answering my questions. Definitely the best experience I had with an agent, thank you Diego!

Efficient on the ball and good communication throughout the sale.

Temptation to use the cheaper agents is always great, but we would not have got the service we had if we had chosen such... City West did all the viewings, gave good feedback from each viewing and after 3 successful viewings we were able to accept an offer. Each staff member at the office were courteous, very helpful, supportive and available when needed.. Overall a very good experience and certainly much imporved from when we purchased the flat via a different agent.who didnt seem to care, just wanted their big fee. Certainly would use City West again if ever the need should arise.
