Excellent Service by Gramos of City West Residential

I would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude towards Gramos and the team in City West Residential. It was our first time to buy through City West Residential and it was pretty obvious from the beginning that they perform at a higher level in comparison to other highstreet estate agents. It was a very seamless experience from viewing to completion, especially when we raised a lot of questions and requests during the purchase and Gramos was always trying to answer and accommodate us with patience. Throughout the conveyancing process, Gramos would speak to us regularly to make sure we are happy in every step of the process. It was the kind of experience that you can feel they care, which I think is very important. and that distinguished them from the others. Highly regarded overall and thanks for looking after our purchase!

A blessing to find..

I had struggled to find the perfect place to rent for a while, but lettings agent James Collinson really helped me out. His experience at working in Central London made me feel at ease with him helping me search. I found myself a great deal which I plan to stay in for a few years yet. Good service.

This was my first time moving house and they we're very accommodating and helpful with any questions we had! If I had to put anything to improve, I felt like I was given more hope that I'd get a better deal than I did but that's not too important. Good job.

Very professional and helpful

My recent experience with Citywest was outstanding. I would in particular like to compliment Alistair for his outstanding ability in getting me through a long and difficult sale. As an overseas client, I was extremely impressed with his patience and help throughout and would like to thank him again for all his professionalism in the handling of my sale. I wouldnt hesistate to use Citywest again should I ever consider buying in the future.

Honest and engaged sales agent

I have just completed a buy of a small flat. What struck me compared to many sales agents was the honesty and the true customer orientation I met with City West Residential's. I had contact with my sales agent for a long time and when time and object was right for me I was notified and we could complete in a smooth way.

Excellent service - Folco Donfrancesco from CityWest Residential!

I had a very short time to sell my flat near Royal Oak/Westbourne Park.. Folco Donfrancesco understood my situation and showed a genuine desire to reassure me that the sale would be done within my deadline and to the price I had hoped. As a single mom going through this process, I was constantly reassured and supported by Folco Donfrancesco by answering questions and keeping me updated in a very positive and respectful way.. Folco gave me a fantastic service and exceeded me expectation of an Estate Agent. My flat was sold to a very good price within my timeframe. I would not hesitate to contact Folco Donfrancesco from CityWest Residential again for any future property transactions. Thank you Folco, for making what could have been a very stressful time for me to be so easy and positive!
