Superb level of service
Dear Central Housing team We are very pleased to offer a testimonial to your services. We currently have a small number of properties managed with you, for a number of years and have dealt with other companies before, so are able to compare providers. Your team have been consistently the most helpful, useful and hard-working. As our job involves much travelling, there is no way that we could have managed the problems that have arisen with the properties without your team doing almost all the organizing. There has never been an occasion where a problem has not been resolved, and we do appreciate both your teams’ efforts in keeping us informed yet allowing us the choose what is the best solution for our property. Although you do charge more than the average company, your rents are fair, and the level of service that you provide justifies that increased cost. In addition the guaranteed income more than offsets the additional expense, as we now have no void periods to worry about. In conclusion, we would have no hesitation in recommending your company, and in fact have done so.

Fantastic service and prompt rent payment every single month
The Central Housing Group have been managing my property for over 10 years and the service I have received from them has been excellent. It's hassle free which is just what you need from a letting agent. If I ever need repairs doing they are quick and reasonably priced and I receive my rent on time every single month. If I ever have any queries they are dealt with quickly and effectively, there is never a need to chase up as I have had to do with other letting agents. Central Housing Group
I’ve been with the Central Housing Group for just over 12 years and my property has been rented out through CHG with the rent paid regularly, on time and I’ve never had a missed payment. I’ve never had to worry about chasing tenants, or any damage caused, or having to make sure that the property is kept in the condition I expect it to be. All insurances, certificates are up to date and all reminders are given nice and early “what else could a landlord wantâ€. I’m notified of any issues promptly and given the chance to deal with it myself or use their own maintenance team as part of a fully managed service. If I do get a call from Jo (who is always polite and friendly), about any repairs needed, I know that I can trust them to deal with any issues quickly and by their highly competent maintenance team who go about their work in a professional manner and their costs are more than competitive. Romesh, I want to thank you and all at CHG for delivering such a brilliant service and for being so consistent over the years. I know I can confidently recommend you and your team to anyone who may be thinking of renting out their property and from that, I’ve always been happy to renew my contract with CHG. Excellent service
Central Housing Group have managed a flat I own for several years. I have found their service to be excellent as a landlord. Their fees are clear and any maintenance costs incurred are fair. All invoices are provided without asking and I don't have to touch the property at all, so it's a complete hands off service. I highly recommend their service if you are a landlord tired of dealing with day to day property management yourself.

Excellent Payers!
As Landlords, we have been using Central Housing Group for over 5 years and are delighted with their service. Excellent Service
We have been dealing with Central Housing since 2004 and have just entered into a new 12 month contract. We have always found their staff to be most helpful and rents are received on time. We would have no hesitation in recommend them to other landlords.

Excellent Service
have worked with Central Housing Group for over 10 years and have found them very efficient and helpful. All properties are well maintained and the tenant quality has been very good. I also find it very easy to discuss any problems with the team at Central Housing Group. Rent has always been paid on time and paperwork is processed quickly.
