First class service!
I have been a landlord with Central Housing Group and found them to be a very professional company. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and I had complete piece of mind knowing that the properties are regularly inspected and that I would always be paid on time. Currently I am between properties, when I do purchase more properties for rental Central Housing Group will be the agent I use. Mr. B Foley. Enfield, Middlesex.

Easy letting!
We have been with Central Housing Group for over 15 years. What can I say they make letting so easy. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff along with good guaranteed rents, reasonable management fees and other servicing costs, it's easy to rent! Any issues that arise are dealt with immediately and effectively protecting the tenant as well as the landlord. It's an absolute pleasure doing business with them.

Great hassle free service
I have a rental property with Central Housing for well over a decade now and am going to stay with them for the foreseeable future as it's the most hassle free and peace of mind way to rent the property. There is a fantastic team in the background, managing the property and looking after the condition of the property, and they have their own contractors whom they use for all aspects of repairs needed which are generally more cost effective than going private. Whilst the rent received may be a little below market rates, once you have saved your monthly agents commission, the cost of having the property sitting empty at odd periods and all the other time and effort spent on preparing new tenancies, check-ins, check-outs etc. it's quite simply a no-brainer. Well done Romesh, Jo, Maria and all for providing a great hassle free rental service.

Great service!
Have been using CHG as a landlord for over a year and am really happy with the service. CHG looks after the property, provides stable rental income and deals with all issues. This takes the burden of my hands, which is great. No trouble with tenants. I would definitely recommend the service to any landlord.

I would recommend Central Housing any day, for steady rent and well looked after property
I appreciate the services Central Housing Provides for me. In the last 11 years I have left my property in the hands of Central Housing and been OK that it was well looked after, so I didn't need to run around looking for someone to do repairs, or even remember when certain services were required and the safety checks are always up to date for the flat. I am comfortable my rent will come in on time and would recommend Central Housing, especially to those that don't have the time to oversee their business all the time. i believe the bonus is, I also don't have to look for tenants and even know whether I have tenants or not. I believe the services and fee's are fair.

Great service for last 11 years
Been with Central housing for about 11 years only ever had 2 different tenants in our property and it has been well looked after by both tenant. Rent is always on time in bank account.
