Highly recommended
I have been using Central Housing Group to let my 2 bedroom flat in north London since 2013. They have completely taken the stress out of letting the flat and I always get paid rent on time. If there are any issues, they are dealt with professionally, quickly and at reasonable prices. I can't fault the service they have provided - it has truly been first class.

Excellent Service. Takes all the stress out of letting your property.
I have been using Central Housing Group to let out my properties for well over 10 years. As a Landlord you do receive slightly less rent than what is considered to be the full market rental value of your property, BUT Rom and his team have provided me with a fully comprehensive and professional service that has taken all of the stress out of managing property / dealing with tenants, allowing me to get on with my day time job. The services provided includes all of the legal and regulatory requirements, as well as doing inspections and responding to all repair and maintenance issues. As a landlord you have to factor in ongoing costs eg maintenance / repairs. In my experience, the team of contractors at Rom's disposal have always been able to provide quick, efficient and cost effective works, whilst they have arranged all of the access requirements too. CHG still gives you the choice should you want to use your own contractor. If you have a property that you want to rent out, and still want to enjoy any spare time that you may have, then I would thoroughly recommend CHG and the services that they provide.

Excellent Service!
We asked Central Housing Group to manage our property as we did not want to deal with the hassle of letting. Although we delayed the process by over a year, CHG was always on hand to advise and support us. Their service is nothing short of excellent and I can recommend them to my contacts who want a guaranteed rent from a reliable letting agent. Total peace of mind
Central Housing Group have been managing property for me since 2002 and I have always found their management service to be friendly, thorough and professional. They deal with all plumbing, electrical and other general repairs promptly and efficiently using their regular and reliable contractors, and ensure I’m kept up to date with annual Gas Safe certificates, 5 yearly electricity reports, fire alarms and other regulatory issues. It’s great to know my properties are being kept maintained to the necessary standard. Rent payments are always on time, with detailed statements received accompanied by contractor invoices where necessary. I've keenly recommended Central Housing Group’s Guaranteed Rent Scheme to other Landlords, and will continue to do so whilst looking forward to many more years of hassle-free letting. Hassle free property management
I am a landlord and Central Housing have managed my property for over 10 years. The whole team are fantastic and very attentive. They take care of everything and I receive my rent each month on time. They are very transparent on additional charges when repairs are required and I find their tradesmen to be very competitive so absolutely no need for me to source my own tradesmen........a truly hassle free experience.

I contacted CHG Ltd to make preliminary enquiries about letting my property through an agent. I was given a lot of good advice and Romesh answered all my queries. I have only good things to say about CHG Ltd as Romesh is very dedicated, knowledgeable and professional from the start. He had provided a great service, support and guidance throughout the process. Our Asset in Good Hands
We purchased a buy-to-let property last year and decided to rent it out without the hassle of managing it ourselves. We also wanted the security of a guaranteed rental scheme. Central Housing Group came very highly recommended from an associate and true to his words, we have made the right decision and picked the right company to manage our asset. The whole process from initial contact through to handover was effortless and at no point did we feel uncomfortable on engaging with CHG. The team are well informed and professional, and have dealt with maintenance issues with the property promptly and more importantly provided all the necessary documentation where required. Great service and professional service
Central Housing has been managing a number of my properties for over 10 years now and I have to say that their service and professionalism is by far the best I have experienced from any other letting agent. The management team in the office is friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful in both assisting to keep my properties maintained and ensuring that I meet my obligations as a landlord. Throughout the years I have found it a pleasure to deal with everyone at Central Housing and they have made my life so much easier as a landlord. I am impressed by their guaranteed rent scheme which pays a very competitive rent without the hassle of private tenants, estate agents commissions and with no loss of rental income from voids.
