Excellent Service
Laurels sold my property with such ease. They made the process seem so simple and stressless. Very professional yet friendly and helpful. I was always able to call if I had a question or just wanted an update. Robert the owner and Jess his right hand sales young lady were helpful, thoughtful, reliable and delivered what they promised. They actually showed the buyers around the property pointing out hte different aspects of the proeprty. I highly recommed this estate agency, as althought they are the new kids on the block they sold my property within 3 weeks of having it on their books, whilst the veterans in the area had it on their books for 4 months and no sale. Well done Robert and Jess, keep up the excellent work,

Personable and efficient
Robert and Jessica were fantastic throughout our first home purchase. They responded to every enquiry quickly, they kept us updated constantly at every stage of the process, and were considerate of our time requirements. We had a difficult exchange of contracts due to the seller's incompetent solicitor, and they made the process as smooth as possible. For a personable and efficient approach that you won't find with larger estate agents, we would highly recommend Laurels.

Professional, friendly and efficient service.
Our property had been on the market with another agent but had not sold. We decided to put our house on with Laurels as were impressed with Rob and Jess. Their knowledge of the market and enthusiasm soon resulted in an offer and when there were complications further down the chain Rob contacted the agents and solicitors and kept us constantly updated with progress. His intervention ensured that contracts were exchanged and we are now busy packing for our move next week. Thank you Rob and Jess and we would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Professional and personal
I'm pleased to say that Laurels were fantastic from the point of finding the right properties for us to view, all the way through to exchange / completion of our beautiful home. This was a complicated chain and Robert (and his team at Laurels) were instrumental in managing everyone involved with friendly persistence and great communication, which is what it took in our case. Excellent, friendly service that went above and beyond
My husband and I were so happy to be using Rob for our property sale. He knew our area and desires incredibly well and his enthusiasm and dedication meant we had an offer 24 hours after we signed him as our agent! It was not a straight forward sale process due to challenges with our ongoing sale and Rob was friendly and professional thought, keeping in regular contact, reassuring our buyer and ultimately helping us to secure and sale and purchase. We would recommend him and Laurels in an instant!

Excellent customer service
I have been looking to buy for a few months and met several agents whilst viewing.properties. I was very impressed with Robert from the minute he opened the door. He appeared warm and genuine and had obviously listened to our requirements when I had spoken to him on the phone earlier. He was well prepared and had already considered other options if this property didn't suit us. In fact the questions I was going to ask him, he appeared to have anticipated and had the answers to hand. Whilst viewing the property, he didn't rush us and gave us space to properly consider the dimensions and decor. I really appreciated his professional attitude and the individual service he tailored to suit us. An excellent service that we found refreshing and confidence inspiring! Thank you.

LAURELS - THE NUMBER ONE ESTATE AGENT IN SURREY
I first met Rob Muat in April 2015. My house was being marketed at that time with a different Estate Agent, it was not going well. Rob stepped up to the plate and my house was soon Under Offer. There were several frustrating delays and changes, none of which had anything to do with Rob,. Come end November 2015 my house was having to be re-marketed again. By this time Rob had founded Laurels. He came to see me on the off chance the day after my house went back on the market.... his visit was a gift from someone on high! I asked Rob to take over the marketing and selling of my house. This was December 2015, not a good time! Rob set to work - his charm, professionalism, diligence, determination, tenacity and the fact that he is a thoroughly decent and honest guy, was all that was need. He had my house under offer in January 2016 and even though there were extreme difficulties to overcome., mostly caused by interfering people, Rob subscribed to the Lord Churchill philosophy of Never Never Never Give Up! He never did and the sale was completed in April 2016. Had it not been for Rob, his calmness, assurances, "dog with a bone" attitude, I would still be floundering in the murky waters of trying to sell my house through other Agencies that seemingly are only interested in "the bottom line". Rob is my hero - never doubt him, he is the best!

So grateful for all the support
We bought our house through Laurels and was a pleasure to do so. Made the process really easy, did chasing of solicitors all the way up the chain even though it wasn't their job. Always kept us completely up to date & helped with things we were unsure of which was a lot! Was firm and to the point when needed with solicitors, which helped to keep our stress levels to a minimum. Would definitely use in the future!!
