LAURELS - THE NUMBER ONE ESTATE AGENT IN SURREY

I first met Rob Muat in April 2015. My house was being marketed at that time with a different Estate Agent, it was not going well. Rob stepped up to the plate and my house was soon Under Offer. There were several frustrating delays and changes, none of which had anything to do with Rob,. Come end November 2015 my house was having to be re-marketed again. By this time Rob had founded Laurels. He came to see me on the off chance the day after my house went back on the market.... his visit was a gift from someone on high! I asked Rob to take over the marketing and selling of my house. This was December 2015, not a good time! Rob set to work - his charm, professionalism, diligence, determination, tenacity and the fact that he is a thoroughly decent and honest guy, was all that was need. He had my house under offer in January 2016 and even though there were extreme difficulties to overcome., mostly caused by interfering people, Rob subscribed to the Lord Churchill philosophy of Never Never Never Give Up! He never did and the sale was completed in April 2016. Had it not been for Rob, his calmness, assurances, "dog with a bone" attitude, I would still be floundering in the murky waters of trying to sell my house through other Agencies that seemingly are only interested in "the bottom line". Rob is my hero - never doubt him, he is the best!
