Excellent customer service

I have been looking to buy for a few months and met several agents whilst viewing.properties. I was very impressed with Robert from the minute he opened the door. He appeared warm and genuine and had obviously listened to our requirements when I had spoken to him on the phone earlier. He was well prepared and had already considered other options if this property didn't suit us. In fact the questions I was going to ask him, he appeared to have anticipated and had the answers to hand. Whilst viewing the property, he didn't rush us and gave us space to properly consider the dimensions and decor.
