Just what you want in a letting agent!
Eva has a very personable/helpful approach. She is clearly knowledgable about the local market place and always operated in a efficient way, ensuring she kept me in the loop in a timely manner which includes being honest if a particular delay was caused by something outside of her control eg. The landlord was deliberating. I would strongly recommend Eva ( and Martyn Gerrard ) to anyone looking to rent a property in Finchley.

Great people, great service
Twelve years ago we bought a house through Martyn Gerrard Finchley, and last month they helped us sell it. On both occcasions we have been impressed by their professionalism and dedication. The selling experience this time around was especially good. Despite all the uncertainty surrounding "Brexit", we were able to close a good deal and see it through smoothly. Eva provides outstanding service with a friendly, honest approach and goes the extra mile to help
I found Eva Zannettou to be a true expert and professional in assisting me in renting out my property, I had no doubt at any time in her ability to find tenants but also the right tenants and ability to negotiate the best deal for me and my property. Eva also provided me with comprehensive research about the market, enabling me to not only feel comfortable but very confident she could successful find the right tenants with the right rental price with her knowledge of the market. Eva offered me total support and assistance during the process and beyond, going out of her way to help. Eva’s level of commitment and customer service, friendly and approachable attitude throughout the whole process was of an outstanding level and can only be commended. The sale of our house was relatively straightforward, and thank you to everyone involved to that point, but it was in the after sale period that Marlon at Martyn Gerrard really helped. We had a delayed completion date and Marlon was excellent at keeping in touch in with all parties including the new homes developer at the very end of the chain. He kept our buyers and ourselves informed and was spot on with his estimate of the likely completion date. In addition to this he carried out several accompanied viewings of our property after the exchange when our buyers wanted to show their architects around. It was extremel;y helpul to me to have Marlon available to do this and I really apprecaited this service.. He was always calm and sensible - a much needed quality during stressful times. First class service from Sophie Henry
I wish to thank Sophie Henry for all her hard work in making the sale of my property as smooth and plain selling as possible. Excellent service in difficult circumstances
