Excellent Service
My wife and I are first time landlords having recently relocated from our flat in London which we were looking to let out. We were with another agent locally for over two months with no success. Having switched to MG on a Thursday, we had 9 viewings on the Saturday and an offer to let the flat (at asking rent) on the following Monday morning before 9:30am! Eva and her colleague Rayan provided a professional, efficient and friendly service from start to finish. They were not "pushy", instead respecting our opinions and thoughts on the process. When we encountered a difficulty just before signing of the tenancy agreement, Rayan ensured that this was resolved as quickly as possible and the resulting delay was therefore minimal. We would not hesitate to recommend Martyn Gerrard, and in particular Eva and Rayan, to any landlord. Michael P

Professional, knowledgeable, efficient and helpful
The agents were responsive to my needs, assured me that they would market it well and that despite it being Xmas week they would get it rented. The large web of agents within the Martyn Gerrard family allowed agents in other areas to view the flat and make it available to potential tenant. It worked and I signed with tenants just as MG was closing for Xmas - in fact they stayed open for the purpose! Tenants are already in place. Eva and Rayan were exceedingly professional and helpful

Sarah was just perfect in every way. She made what is a difficult time for my wife and I to find a new home seem very easy. Sarah was with us all the way through and we could not have gt there without her. Martyr Gerrard are very lucky to have her.

Letting of Flat 4 Lambourne House london N3 1XN
Eva, the Lettings Manager, and her colleagues - Eros and Sarah have been most helpful in letting my one bedroom flat, located above Greggs in Finchley Central.. Tenants move in on Friday 16 December - 2 days time ........ Eva is genuinely welcoming, pro-active and highly professional and was always available to advise and answer my questions. whether in person, by e mail or by telephone. She understands the lettings market exceptionally well and is fully up to date on lettings law and best practice. I recommend her and Martyn Gerrard to all who wish to let their flat in the Finchley area and note that their rent guarantee scheme comes at no extra cost, an added bonus. .

Professional, friendly and straightforward
Sophie was a pleasure to work with with regards to the sale of my flat. The whole process was extremely efficient and I was delighted with the support that Sophie gave in answering any queries promptly and liaising with the purchaser when necessary.
