Fantastic service
I recently signed a contract to live in a 2 bedroom flat in Finchley. All my business was conducted by Amir Seoudy, who was helpful and professional throughout. I was very grateful to have him dealing with things, as he always went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. I was very impressed with his performance.

Highly motivated, professional and caring service
From start to finish Amir provided us with great service, prompt communication and kept our interests paramount in his search to find us the right property. Amir also rebuilt our trust in his company that had let us down on many occasions. Overall great service and would use Amir again knowin I would get the result o was looking for.

Review of marlon brown from Finchley central office
We bought a house in Finchley and moved in in June this year. We got to know Marlon pretty well; we were looking since October 2014 and saw a number of properties with him. Moving house is stressful for everyone involved, we decided to have our second baby during this process!! So we were looking at properties whilst I was heavily pregnant and putting in offers whilst I was in labour. Then all the politics pre exchange post offer acceptance had its own challenges Anyway throughout the whole process he was patient, not too "in your face", but professional. First impressions count and after we saw one house with him, I said to my husband " I'd like to buy a house from marlon" and 10 months later, we did!

Hi Martyn Gerrard, My girlfriend and I have just exchanged on the purchase of the above property. We are first time buyers so needed slightly more assistance than most! We viewed the flat through Sophie Henry who knew exactly what she was talking about and was probably the most impressive agent we dealt with during our "looking for a flat period". She didn't tell us what we wanted to hear, but provided honest and frank advice. She was always on hand to advise us on what to do next and was really good at managing our expectations as well as the vendors expectations. We have managed to exchange in 5.5 weeks and i am sure we'd still be 'faffing' about if it hadn't been for Sophie pushing the deal in the right direction. Thanks, Joe Newton & Lauren Fraylich

Most importantly when buyers fell through new ones found immediately
Marlon provided excellent support through the trials and tribulations of trying to sell my flat. At the third time of asking the buyer eventually came good. When I needed Marlon to follow up queries and deal with issues, he did so in a quick time to market and helped get this over the time. Good engagement and client service throughout.

She dealt with me very professionally in property discovery, in a period where supply was limited and kept in touch during the negotiation process.
