Great agent

We used Jill at Moginie James for the sale of our house, twice in fact after the first sale 2 years ago fell through. Jill's role is to progress the sale from offer stage to exchange, and she was always chasing up rather than being chased. She also went beyond her remit in helping chase up the agents we were buying from in an attempt to keep the chain together. She is someone who is clearly well organised and efficient and can be relied upon to be acting in your best interests.

From the very first contact to completion day, the team at Moginie James provided a friendly, professional & co-ordinated service throughout. Their knowledge & expertise was really reassuring for a first time seller and any anxiety I had about the daunting process of moving home after over 20years in the house soon dissipated. Needless to say purchasing and selling a house is a trying experience, but thankfully everyone at Moginie James has been helpful and patient throughout. Michelle in particular has been outstanding, managing the expectations of us as both a vendor and buyer through the same agency! Reassuring service for a first time buyer!

Buying your first home can be really daunting, right from the start, Michelle was brilliantly reassuring and available whenever I had any questions. Michelle kept me up to date at every stage, and would often explain things to me that my solicitor should have!
