Great support for our first purchase!

Perfect sales progression service
Once my offer was accepted I was introduced to Michelle from Sales Progression. Michelle was up to date with my purchase details, was able to update me on next steps and what to expect and always made herself available when I had any queries or concerns. Safe to say my queries and concerns were few and far between and the service received was fantastic from start to finish! When major activities took place such as exchanging and completing, Michelle would call to inform me everything had been successful and on completion offered a huge congratulations, a lovely touch and no surprise as it is in keeping with the brilliant service i was used to.

Great service at Moginie James
I am very pleased to recommend Moginie James to anyone after my experience in selling a house, through them. The whole team from start to finish have been very good but Michelle in particular has been exceptional in her approach and dealings with the sale. Finally our House sale is completed after a very very long, period of negotiations between us and the purchaser via Michelle on the sales progression team. Throughout the whole time Michelle has always replied promptly to and been very helpful in answering our queries, solving any problems and keeping the process moving steadily along. Nothing has been too much trouble for her or phased her and she is a very understanding and friendly person to deal with which made it so much easier to cope with our difficult and stressful situation.

Sale of our property
I am delighted to confirm my experience in dealing with Moginie James in connection with the sale of our property in Gelligaer Street Cardiff. From start to finish, it has been a pleasure dealing with the Company, who have been both professional and thorough in their dealing s with both potential purchasers and with ourselves Their communications with us have been prompt and informative and we have known at each step of the way whether the recent viewer has received the property well or have had some concerns over various aspects of the property That level of feed back has been of enormous assistance in information terms both for the property (now sold) and any property we may invest in at a later date We are delighted that the property has been sold to a young couple as this is a market that the original agent commissioned on the property seemed not to be able to tap into. The whole experience has therefore been eased by the service provided by Moginie James and if we may we would take this opportunity to thank them for their professional help

Very positive experience!
Moginie James have acted very professionally from start to finish, providing just the right level of support when it is needed. I'd particularly like to thank Andrew Trinick for really appreciating my property and the type of buyers it would appeal to, and Michelle Lloyd for her hard work in keeping things moving. Sales Review
Fantastic support throughout sale, I was kept up to date at all times and any issues that arouse were resolved by Michelle. I cannot find any fault with Michelle and the way she dealt with this sale.
