Super Friendly and Happy to Help

The staff at the Pontcanna branch of Moginie James have been very helpful throughout my tenancy, particularly Rhys. He is always friendly and seems to be happy to help tenants however he can. I am genuinely sad to leave the agent... It's not my first time with them and it hopefully won't be the last! Thoroughly recommended.

Mr Davies works effectively and efficiently through a problem, communicating just as much as needed in the particlar situation (quite a skill) with tenant and landlord. He is part of a good team at the estate agent Moginie James.

Sale of property.

Moginie James are an absolutely fantastic agent. The service I received was second to none at what is an incredibly stressful time, full of expense, uncertainties, and strong emotions. All staff I dealt with at the Albany Road branch were so friendly and always available to deal with any queries....Graham, Annamarie, Joanne and Lynn to name a few. They always provided prompt feedback after viewings and were respectful of my wishes when at my property (watch the cats!!). They own Roath because they are the best. They non-invasively offered me their additional financial services. We chose to accept their legal services recommendation which made the process even more seamless due to the high level of communication. The after sales care was also fantastic and Michelle would keep in regular contact to advise of progress and chase things up where necessary (another burden relieved). I would only ever use Moginie James (although can't be doing with another move just yet). I only wish I had been able to buy through Moginie James as well.

Practical, efficient and proactive. What more could you want?

I am happy to say that my own experience of dealing with Jill and her colleagues at Moginie James has been very similar to that of previous reviewer Mike R. After the initial sale fell through the MJ team quickly located another purchaser and Jill impressed me with the practical and efficient way that she steered the sale to a satisfactory conclusion. I particularly appreciated receiving regular progress reports from her without any prompting. And, finally, Jill was very helpful in persuading the developer from whom I was buying to remain patient whenever there was a delay in the process.

Friendly and professional

From beginning to end, the service we have received with Moginie James has been excellent. The team in the Albany Road office are very friendly and approachable as was Andrew, who came out to give us the valuation. None of the team were ever pushy, and every person we dealt with left us confident that they would deal with our requests. Michelle managed and progressed the sale and kept us up to date with very regular emails and phonecalls, and we felt completely 'in the picture' at all times. Michelle was very knowledgeable, moved things through quickly and easily and was always available to answer questions or emails. We did consider going with an online estate agent, but having received such excellent customer service, and had such a stress free sale, we were delighted that we chose to go with Moginie James, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their team to friends and family!

All the team were really helpful and efficient in getting me moved and settled into my new rented property really quickly. Rhys was particularly helpful in going out of his way to remove some items left in the flat that I didn't need. All emails and communications are responded to within 24 hours. I had reported a minor repair required using their excellent online reporting service and the repair was sorted within days to a high standard. When I emailed Rhys for an update this was given in full within 24 hours. Really satisfied with the team and the level of support provided so far. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a rental property.
