This is my first time selling my house. The service, the prompt response and excellent understanding made it so easier. Joseph and his colleague were very warm and welcoming. House viewings are stressful almost like a job interview and they put me at ease straight away. They also gave me the option to be guided around and to look myself and take pictures. Very helpful as I have 2 teens who will be sharing with me and appreciated the chance to see more. Joseph was good at outlining next steps. would recommend ELC after this experience

I’ve rented through More Management and Letting for just over a year now, and it’s been one of the smoothest experiences I’ve had as a tenant. From the get go, Jamie was very professional, accommodating and approachable. The move-in process was straightforward, communication was clear every step of the way. Throughout the tenancy, they’ve been consistently reliable. Any maintenance issues I raised were sorted out fast — usually within a couple of days. I also appreciated how they’d follow up to make sure everything was resolved properly. That kind of aftercare is rare and really shows they value their tenants. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a well-managed place and a team that’s genuinely great to deal with. Moving to another city much so another country can be stressful, but they’ve made it a breeze. A million thanks!

We used Neilsons for both the sale of our property and onward purchase and couldn't recommend their services enough. The process was set out clearly from the information pages on their website and through direct communication via both phone and email which was excellent. We had our conveyancing work completed by Robert Andrews, he was very knowledgeable and kept us informed throughout the whole process.
