I have used Northwood, Edinburgh as my Letting Agent for many years now and I have always been highly impressed with their service, professionalism and attention to detail. Jock took over the management of my property recently and since doing so he has been very attentive and has answered questions I had timeously and courteously. He managed to resolve an issue I had quickly and professionally, for which I am very grateful. I am very happy with the service I am receiving from Jock and from Northwood. I've recently started renting a flat with Northwood. So far Jock has been excellent, always responding to request by the next day and often on the same day.

Northwood have been great. Amazingly, if you call them then you go straight through to one of their team and you’ll have your question answered immediately. This alone makes them better than most other agencies. We had a couple issues with our apartment, correspondence was quick and issues were solved. Process of renting was quick. All questions answered.

Northwood Edinburgh helped us find our new home to rent. We are relocating, so it’s very difficult to move when you are not in the same city, but Corinne has made our move very easy. She has kept us in the loop the whole time throughout the various stages, always responded and very friendly. Would use their services again in the future without hesitation and recommend wholeheartedly. Keep up the good work.
