We rent from Martin & co , and the boiler stopped working so no heating or hot water so the same day we contacted Marie the property manager and Marie got a plumber out that day to see if it could be fixed but we needed a new one which she got sorted for us now we are all up and running that to Marie she is very polite and very helpful kept us informed all the way a great person to deal with.

account with amazement, i remember few months back i had nothing i couldn't boast of 100 $ in my bank account cause i've lost my life-savings and pension to scammers, i had lost all hope in life.. until MRS CHARLOTTE WAYNE came along, the man who changed my life totally. i had concluded that all account managers in groups were scammers but M proved me wrong, every time i apologize to him for doubting him from the start. The Whitegates Dronfield office were very helpful with us. We had a really bad landlord (that rented out his property via Whitegates) who never did the repairs we asked for, we were left with a hole in the roof and the rest of the repairs list was as long as my arm. Sarah imparticular, in the Whitegates Office, was brilliant with us and did as much as she could for us trying to get things sorted, even though the landlord dodge her calls and emails, when a emergency repair was needed she went above the landlords head so that what was needed was done. Always felt like they had our backs whilst dealing with the landlord and was quite lenient with us when it came to leaving dates etc, much to the landlords annoyance I have been told!

It's taken a while with the flurry of moving house but I wanted to congratulate CJ Hole for their excellent service. Both James and Victoria stepped up to help sell my flat in Redland and got it over the line with no hitches or delays. In fact, by changing estate agents to CJ Hole, after a bit of a slow start with another, they managed to increase the buying interest and also the sale price and I walked away with more than I initially anticipated.
