My partner and I rented a flat in Fulham from Martin & Co in November. Though the flat had many issues to begin with that needed to be resolved, I am giving them 5 stars due to the tireless work of our property manager, Francesco Moretti, who swooped in and ensured everything was dealt with swiftly and easily (for us, not for him!), which involved him constantly emailing and calling the council on our behalf, really advocating for us, all the while keeping us updated and making us feel heard. These issues did get resolved thanks to his work, and we are now really settling into our flat. I have rented a lot in London and know what a pain it can be to deal with distant landlords/property managers, but this could not have been farther from our experience with Francesco. Would 100% rent from them again due to this experience!

If there is such a thing as a dream estate agent concept, it is personified by Malcolm, for sure. Knowledgeable, likeable, patient, always reassuring. I am a 1st-time buyer, and as this was my 1st ever purchase, I was generally terrified and had to learn loads on the go, and quickly. I rented a flat last year from the Stonehouse Estates and I was happy from what they did . I wanted a bigger flat and because of their excellent and professional service I wanted to rent again from the same agency. They found for me a nice flat which i am moving in now but as they were before nice they still were very nice, helpful and friendly. So this is an Estate Agency to trust because you will not be disappointed.

People wondered why I hadnt used a local agent to the address... this is the reason, and I don’t do reviews normally...I am sure I would NEVER have received anywhere near this service I received from Outlet, from any local agent round here. Iain Hawkes, got me a tenant within two weeks of joining.. having travelled out to the property in catford from Soho. Darshan got the ball rolling with the tenancy agreement and inventory... never seen a more detailed inventory in my life. Theresa Parkes... sealed it by finding and advising all the utilities of the new tenancy. Outlet is a totally efficient agent who I will definitely use and recommend in the future for all my lettings. They listened to the kind of people I wanted in my property

I arranged for Jade to show me a property. Although it wasn't what I was looking for, Jade offered to show me another property straight after that had just come on the market and was perfect for me. Jade explained the process of securing the property to me, and was really helpful in always responding to my emails and answering my calls. Overall, it was a great experience working with Jade and would highly recommend her!
