My partner and I rented a flat in Fulham from Martin & Co in November. Though the flat had many issues to begin with that needed to be resolved, I am giving them 5 stars due to the tireless work of our property manager, Francesco Moretti, who swooped in and ensured everything was dealt with swiftly and easily (for us, not for him!), which involved him constantly emailing and calling the council on our behalf, really advocating for us, all the while keeping us updated and making us feel heard. These issues did get resolved thanks to his work, and we are now really settling into our flat. I have rented a lot in London and know what a pain it can be to deal with distant landlords/property managers, but this could not have been farther from our experience with Francesco. Would 100% rent from them again due to this experience!

Sarah is very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. When she took over the management of our property there were multiple issues that had not been addressed for a long time. She worked through them very meticulously and ensured that they were resolved to our satisfaction. She has also been very helpful in terms of providing us guidance for our contract renewal. Sarah has great patience and the ability of empathising with the people that makes her very pleasurable to interact with. She also possesses excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills as well as a solid work ethic. She is definitely the best property manager that I have ever dealt with (and we've dealt with quite a few!). I am sure that she has a very successful career ahead of her.
