Always there for support and really making sure we got through (at times) a tricky chain and obstacles. I can't recommend Jenna enough! I met Josh at the property. He was welcoming and friendly whilst remaining professional. I have viewed a number of houses and met many estate agents, and I can say without reservation that Josh was the nicest and most polite to date . He was genuinely interested in helping me find the property I am looking for. He asked relevant questions and listened to what I had to say. When he called the next day to get my views on the property, he listened without trying to change my mind. The property was lovely but not suitable, unfortunately.
