White and Guard were fantastic while we were looking for a property, we went through many viewings with them and when we felt like we couldn't find anything they were determined to find us our home. They remained in touch after unsuccessful viewings and steadily sent new properties that suited us. We've not felt pressured or pushed like you do with the bigger names at any point of the process, White and Guard always put a huge emphasis on our purchase being 100% right that we felt incredibly supported in our search. The communication from them has been incredible throughout the process and we've had such a fantastic experience with each agent at the viewings. Major shout out to Lee from the team for his excellent communication throughout the process with us!

Had a complaint on moving in, reached out. Although it did take some time, Chloe was able to help sort this out and communicated transparently throughout. Still hoping to get some other concerns looked at but mostly down to me persevering and hoping I’m not expecting too much.

Abigail was an absolute saint during our application process. She was bubbly, polite and professional during the viewing and took any concerns with care and reinforced a quality standard required for a property to be let by this estate agent. The property we viewed was partially finished at the time and she assured me that she made sure we would have everything done by the time we moved in should be be successful - And we did! Abi was as excited as we were to get the property and was so lovely in answering any and all questions we had surrounding the contract and what terminology meant. Despite my questions being basic, I never felt a hint of annoyance and every answer was prompt (even outside of normal hours!). Abi even rearranged the start date of our contract when we had mixed up the dates of a family members surgery. I can say with certainty that this experience would not have been the same without her guiding us and overseeing the process. I heavily recommend working with her to find your next home, she will go above and beyond for you!
