Excellent customer Service
Whilst Marsh & Parsons were not who we ultimately found our next property through we were very impressed with the agent Morgan who looked after us. He was highly impressive, professional and listened to our needs. Excellent work!

So impressed with the service received from Ben Hayes (Richmond)
I recently rented a fabulous apartment in Kew, found for me by Ben Hayes in the Richmond Office. As I was about to return to Spain everything had to be done with speed & efficiency and it was. Ben could not have been more professional but also friendly & sensitive to my circumstances. His follow up in helping to get all the paperwork, financials & legalities done promptly and effectively despite my distance was superb. I was an unusually complicated client probably and he could not have been more patient & helpful in ensuring everything got done. It was also done with exactly the right healthy dose of friendliness & humour when both were required! I could not have asked for a better agent to work with.

Whirlwind
What can I say? I can't just comment on the 'quality of service' as this doesn't encapsulate how fast these guys get your hard work done for you. What a pleasure, from stepping in from Richmond's lunchtime footfall and being offered chilled water and comfy seating, to shaking hands on a cracking deal within a matter of weeks. Great team. Thank you all.

Great Agent
Morgan Frewin is a brilliant person and great professional. He helped me and my family throughout our journey to finding our new home. Although Marsh & Parsons did not have the ideal place for us at the time and we ended up renting the property through another agent, it is my only regret that we were not able to cut the deal with Morgan. I highly recommend his services.
