After trying alternative Estate agents that left me feeling uncomfortable and just like another number, I fell upon DDM who were a breath of fresh air from the initial valuation meeting with Gillian who listened and gave advice without being overbearing to all the help Liberty and particularly Darryl who was the star of the show, supporting us all the way through with all our random questions and stresses. I bought my new property through DDM Daryll and the team made the whole process a lot easier by communicating with me on a weekly basis to keep me updated as to what point in the process we were. They were in contact with solicitors etc weekly as needed and I felt the customer service was excellent throughout the process. Every question I asked was answered as soon as possible. If I were to go through another house sale I would definitely use DDM and totally recommend them to anyone who wants excellent customer service and communication. .
