Meticulous and delivers!
Very high standard of professional advice and assistance at all times. The teams local knowledge is exceptional. Emails, telephone and queries are always dealt with immediately. I feel that the team are through and cross all t’s and dot the i’s. I have used Carnabys for 15 years and wouldn’t recommend them enough. Top Banana!
I cannot rate Carnabys high enough on every level, from arranging the viewing to collecting the keys. Moving house is so stressful and involved and I was really taken care of through the whole process. The customer service and aftercare had been excellent too and the staff at Burgess Hill are just lovely. Happy customer!

Relaxed, accessible & reliable
Moved through Carnabys 3 weeks ago. Supportive through the referencing process. Easy to contact with minor issues that always occur when moving. Friendly and professional manner and who ever we dealt with in the office.

Mines and Connors review
We have been renting out property for just over 2 months now and I do not have a bad word to say about Carnabys. They have been nothing but helpful and supportive in situations that did need fixing. Helpful and efficient
I found Carnabys easy to get hold of and always helpful, letting us into the property (twice) to get quotes and liaising promptly with the seller. They were efficient and pro-active during the process, sending regular emails and keeping us all on track for the completion date. The individuals in the office also seemed genuinely nice people and happy for us. I don't usually rate services/goods but Carnabys are worth a mention as the best estate agent experience I've had in my years of owning property.

Fantastic agency, nothing but good things to say!
We rented a 1-bed flat through Carnabys Estate Agency for over 3 years and have nothing bad to say about them. Luckily, we encountered few issues throughout our tenancy, but what minor issues we did encounter were quickly rectified to a standard we had come to expect from their professional outfit. This was not our first rental but we can positively say it was our most pleasant. Thank you.

Carnabys - Highly Recommended
