Friendly and helpful. Good, quick service (Move in date less than 3 weeks after application) Didn’t have the means to take a deposit via credit card, but otherwise can’t fault.

Had a great experience with Martin & Co after first being a bit apprehensive following dealings with other agencies. Sarah was extremely helpful, replied to all queries promptly, and made what was in all honestly quite a long, time consuming process for applying/renting much easier. Everything went smoothly and Sarah supervised each step of the process. Would use Martin & Co for renting assistance again!

Rebecca has been super helpful, and has definitely improved my experience with Martin & Co in the last couple of months. Rebecca is extremely helpful assisting in the communication between my husband and I and our tenants, especially negotiating the end of contract term, I’ve really appreciated her support. Susannah has also been helpful as our new property manager, in communication alone already a marked improvement on the last person. I am only giving 3 stars because my experience with Martin & Co overall hasn’t been great, but Rebecca and Susannah have helped improve my experience over the last couple of months.

Bad communication and string you along days on end for information

Absolutely useless, they only represent the land lord, regardless of how bad a property is. Avoid if you can. (Edit) We discussed on the phone why I changed my mind, my partner sent that email and I've had 2 years to think about what happened. We lived in a mouldy flat that did not meet legal standards to be considered a separate dwelling. You should never have put that flat up for rent in the first place. Over 2 years of renting that flat, you never addressed any of our concerns but you were quick to do anything the landlord asked. Our new born baby started it's life in a cold mouldy flat because of you

rented with them for 3 years, they couldn't organize a piss up in a brewery! very very disorganized, messed me around way too much

Don’t use these as they are so untrustworthy I paid 6 months rent in advance plus deposit and it came to over £1000 then they never told the land lady in paid upfront and charged her £150 to collect rent they already had , then when the 6 months was up they wanted another 6 months rent so I got In touch with landlady and we got rid of Martin and co , nothing but scum
