What a great agency!! They have been absolutely brilliant from start to end of selling our home - they managed to sell it in around 10 days for over the asking price to a cash buyer!! We bought a house in Selby and found Preston Baker to be very efficient. As soon as the process was underway we had a dedicated agent at the York office, Karen Preece, and she was very helpful. They kept us informed at every stage and whenever we had queries they were resolved very promptly. I would definitely recommend them.

Preston Baker were great from start to finish. Gemma was incredibly enthusiatic when she came to value the house and was very positive about the chances of getting the asking price and suggested a launch day. The house was sold within 2 days of the launch and for asking price! Karen then took over and along with other colleagues shepherded the sale along to its conclusion. This process took rather longer than expected but this was largely to the utter incompetence of the buyers solicitor. I'd definitely recommend Preston Baker.

I found Karen to be excellent at post sales progression. She was very responsive to any concerns we had and often responded immediately. We encountered a few problems late in the process and Karen smoothed these over quickly and professionally. I have used a few agents in the past and Karen's work ethic left these in the dark! Many seem to 'dump' you once they've secured a sale and sometimes I've wondered who they are actually working for, us or the buyer! I had complete confidence in Karen from start to finish that we were in safe hands! Refreshing to experience such good service!

Preston Baker did all my viewings as I was living 60 miles away. I had most contact with Karen and Angela who kept me well informed on viewings and latterly the progress of the sale. Last minute hiccoughs with the buyers were dealt with effectively. It helps to have a sense of humour when buying/selling a property!
