We met her on the launch day for the property and she very helpfully played with our two young boys as we looked around the house! This was most appreciated so we could have a really good look at the house without kids hanging off us! She facilitated communications with the vendor and explained their journey to selling. We got great initial advice from Carrola about letting requirements, marketing, timescales etc. Things ran smoothly and as outlined to us throughout. A smooth running refurb project was completed. Carrola and Chris kept us updated on progress and responded fully and promptly to any questions. Carrola then organised great marketing and prompt letting. There was some difficulties/delays with this sales due to the sellers solicitors; Angela kept great communication with me throughout and she did a really good job of getting the other side to do what they needed to do so the sale could move along promptly. If it wasn’t for Angela’s interactions with the other side things would not have gone through as quickly or smoothly as they ended up doing. Great work highly recommend

Preston Baker have been amazing in dealing with the sale of my house in Wheldrake. It is a slick well-oiled machine, but the agents know their stuff, they really care and pull their finger out to a) get the best possible sale price and b) help make the next stage of the process through to completion as painless as possible. Angela looked after my sale and was brilliant. I simply don’t know how she manages to do it and stay upbeat and give level headed advice. She went above and beyond and I am hugely grateful. Now, I am biased slightly. I used to be the marketing manager at Preston Baker 4 years ago. This means I have seen all the numbers for property launch and know first hand how much the company cares about getting its clients a higher price. Well it works, we accepted our first offer which was £12k over our asking price - a month or so later the buyer pulled out which meant our in second launch we got a lower offer. But the principle worked and I can’t recommend Preston Baker enough. Again a massive thank you to Angela. Solicitors / conveyancers take ages and aren’t the best communicators so I appreciate her persistence in maintains communications up and down the chain on my behalf. Thanks all.

I have been working with Preston Baker during the purchase of my first property where they have been acting on behalf of the seller. During this time, I have been looked after by Alex Renardson, whose service and support I cannot fault. No request has been too much to deal with, and no question has been too difficult to handle. She has been happy to respond to messages at all times of the day (even on her days off) and has been a constant and reliable source of support and information throughout the buying process. I could not have asked for a more friendly, reliable or well-informed person to work with during a relatively long and occasionally stressful period of time.

Cannot recommend Preston baker and Angela Williams enough very professional and hard working. I was a first time buyer so it was all new to me but Angela was always helping me, answering my 1000 questions and the rest! Would always contact me if there was progress in the deal, made it all so easy so I didn’t have to worry about a thing! Will definitely be using them in the future!
