My 5 stars are for Claudiu Rosu specifically. I’ve interacted with him before moving into my current apartment and as part of my exit process (new tenant viewings etc.). He’s communication is stellar - clear and direct, otherwise I’d receive a call to clarify. He helped meet my requests promptly too, organising with my assigned agent and landlord on my behalf.
