A lot of deliberation went into my good lady and I deciding that we would relocate. Last September I used the google lottery to find an estate agent, Angela was appointed to value our home, running late she messaged an apology, (for me that is never a good start), however, upon arriving, the professionalism was second to none. Angela valued our home and due to our own decision, we waited until we felt the time was right for us to take the plunge. In early March this year, I contacted Angela again to put our home on the market. The presentation was so good I thought about buying it myself, so good that 9 viewings in one day led us to a buyer. As I write this, I am 12 hours away from moving house and this whole process has been made so easy due to Angela and her work ethic. From calming talks to my good lady, to our conversations at varying points. Angela doesn’t sell anything, what she possesses is the ability to help you believe that you are doing the right thing. Rather than give an opinion on any part you may be concerned with, she listens to your reasoning and will simply ask why, or why not, then the professional skill honed by years of tradecraft reassures you. Estate agents are given a lot of bad press, but that doesn’t account for bad clients. If all estate agents had the same ethos as Angela there would never be anything negative to say. I could have just put job well done, but sometimes, mere words just don’t cut it. Angela, like Mary Poppins, practically perfect in every way. Merci
