I don’t know this company is professional or not , all I felt is arrogant. When I’ve tried to make an appointment for the viewing , from the staff who answered the phone for the appointment, who viewed the property with us , and who called me back after the viewing, they all had a arrogant attitude!what a team work !! For example, when the lady rang me back after viewed, she saids this on the phone :”hello, xxxx , how’s it going with the property?” When I said this probably is not for us . She replies two words :”how come “?. After my reply again, she saids:”ok “ then hand up . I can’t feel any politeness or welcomed for business from their attitude.
