Recommend Northwood

We choose Northwood because they were different to any other estate agent. Catrina valued our home and advised what we could do to increase to value. Once we made a few changes the house was on the market very quickly and this process was very easy. Then we were handed to Maryanne to deal with the viewings. She was very quick to notify us and deal with our questions and looked after everything for us. If we were going to sell again this is how we would do it. Northwood is reliable knowledgeable and I would recommended to anyone.

Me and my partner had a very enjoyable 2 year let with Northwoods York. For any perspective tenants, rest assured that if your property is managed by Northwoods you will be looked after. Big praise to the team who are all a friendly, polite bunch. They always appear happy to help or advise in any matter. The online maintenance report service is very well created, making any repairs easy to report and keep track of.

Installation of new boiler

Donna Barnes of Northwood informed me that the boiler at the house I am renting out through Northwood had broken down and needed replacing. She kept me fully informed of events, sought out the best deal and was polite, courteous, fair and efficient.

Northwood are managing the rental of our house and have kept us up to speed with everything and as novices it's much appreciated.

Excellent leve of customer service throughout the process

I can't speak highly enough of Catrina and the Northwood team in York. Having used all their services (guaranteed rent, managed property and finally the sales) they made life incredibly easy. Living abroad and in a remote location would have made the process very stressful but Catrina managed every aspect of the move, communicated brilliantly and dealt with some complicated issues with a level of reasurrance that made the whole deal very straight forward. I would not hesitate in using them in the future for any aspect of property management.
