Advertised a property but no price took details saying they would get back to us when price agreed. Not a call or email just ignored us. That's how professional they are.

Shocking experience so far unfortunately. We have not been able to move into our property due to the current state of it. It has not had a deep clean but apparently a professional cleaning service is not provided despite us been told it would be. I expected to need to clean somewhat but the property is disgusting. We have moved into black carpets and marked walls and overall a very disappointing experience. I wish we had never used Martin and Co.

Rang up to enquire about a property and discussed availability for a viewing, gave them my details for others too, then never heard anything over email or phone. Later saw the property had been let online. Professional courtesy critically lacking.

I would not recommend this estate agent, after leaving a rental property 6 weeks ago I am fighting to get through to anyone who can provide an update as to when I can expect my deposit returned. I have been promised call backs personally by the director and still nothing, he has failed to even provide a courtsey call or any guide of a timeframe in which I can expect to hear a response, I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this company and would not use them again. Can you please provide an update as to where my money is??????
